2. Description of Service
OrderMan is a digital menu and ordering platform that enables restaurants to:
- Create and manage digital menus accessible via QR codes
- Receive customer orders through WhatsApp
- Manage tables and generate unique QR codes for each table
- Customize their menu with categories, items, descriptions, and images
3. User Accounts
To use OrderMan as a restaurant administrator, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to create a restaurant admin account.
4. Restaurant Administrator Obligations
As a restaurant administrator, you agree to:
- Provide accurate menu information including prices and descriptions
- Keep your menu updated and reflect actual availability
- Handle customer orders received through WhatsApp professionally
- Comply with all applicable food service and business regulations
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purposes
5. Customer Usage
Customers accessing restaurant menus through OrderMan:
- Are not required to create an account to view menus
- Submit orders directly via WhatsApp to the restaurant
- Are responsible for providing accurate order information
6. Intellectual Property
The OrderMan platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding restaurant-provided content), is owned by Techvilla and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Restaurant administrators retain ownership of their menu content, images, and business information uploaded to the platform.
7. Privacy
Your use of OrderMan is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data collection and usage practices.
8. Subscription and Payment
OrderMan offers different subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Limited features for trial purposes
- Paid Plans: Additional features with monthly subscription fees
Subscription terms, including pricing and features, are subject to change with prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
OrderMan provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Disputes between restaurants and their customers
- Issues with WhatsApp delivery or functionality
- Loss of business or revenue due to service interruptions
- Accuracy of menu content provided by restaurants
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms of service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Provide false information during registration
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
